Maki, a snack, 5 Guys and a Dinner

Made some maki for lunch (sushi rice, sushi rice vinegar, nori, avocado, wasabi, low-sodium soy sauce, and Bragg's amino's):
 
Had an apple this afternoon for a snack.

Walked for 35 minutes while the kids were at piano lessons.  Afterwards it was dinner at 5 Guys Burgers and Fries (all I had was some free roast peanuts).

Later, dinner for me was stir 'crisped' veggies (carrots, peppers, broccoli, pea pods) and bamboo shoots:

Late night snack was a grapefruit.
