Breakfast - a trio of whole grain cereals with banana, kiwi, and unsweetened almond milk:



Lunch - brown sushi rice, wasabi, low-sodium soy sauce, Bragg's Amino's, and steamed edemame:


Dinner - baked potato fries, steamed asparagus, and veggie chili with chopped avocado:
