Day 12 - Down 8 pounds

Weight: 213 lbs.

Breakfast - my go-to cereal, fruit and flax combination with unsweetened almond milk:


Lunch - Soup, cornbread, veggies:


Dinner - Chipotle!:


Late night snack: 'L' is eating a greek pizza from Christo's.  There's Valentine's dark chocolate everywhere... this isn't good ;-)
