Day 6 - SuperBowl Monday (-4.2)

Breakfast - Shredded Wheat cereal with banana, strawberry and unsweetened Almond Milk:


Lunch - chili soup! (vegetable chili plus vegetable stock with cooked whole grain shells):



Dinner - Sweet potato & carrot & kale soup from Whole Foods, and a bean and mushroom burrito (leftover veggie chili, lettuce, cooked mushrooms, avocado, salsa):
