Day 8 - Down 5.2 lbs

Breakfast - Cereal Quartet (I added Bran) with banana, cherries, grapes, and flax with Unsweetened Almond Milk:



Lunch - Vegetarian Stuffed Grape Leaves (rice, chickpeas, tomato, lemon, spices) and raw baby carrots:



Dinner - Cauliflower Manchurian (cauliflower, ketchup, sriracha, hot peppr flakes, low sodium soy sauce, garlic powder, garam masala):
