I started today at 218.4 pounds.
I was thinking: when you 'fry' something you add calories due to the fat/oil. When I 'fry' something in a non-stick pan without grease/fat/oil am I really 'frying' it? I don't think so... I think a better word to use would be 'crisp'. Some people think you can't get a nice 'crisp' on things using this method, I beg to differ:
Breakfast was hash brown potatoes with onions, peppers, corn, kale, and black beans:
Topped off with Sriracha and a bit of salsa:
