This mornings weight was 216.4
The nice thing about the McDougall & Fuhrman approach is that you get to eat LARGE quantities of healthy food - hunger isn't a problem. The trick seems to be having food available to eat, and eating a decent quantity at each meal so you stay full and don't snack in between. Had I been hungry last night while at the burger joint I could have been in trouble: fresh hand cut french fries fried in peanut oil are vegan, right?
Today's breakfast was leftovers from yesterday's breakfast. Lunch was leftover sushi rice, wasabi, and a nectarine.
Dinner was a half a glass of red wine (TGIF) and veggie chili (that's a potato in the middle):
I also made a 'little extra' for tomorrow and SuperBowl Sunday:
I also cheated and had half a bowl of pasta with tomato sauce (the kids dinner, seemed silly to waste it) - not the biggest cheat, but a calorie dense one.
I only got to walk for 25 minutes - damn cold outside tonight (like 30 degrees).
