Breakfast - four cereal blend with flax, unsweetened vanilla almond milk, banana, and strawberry,
Lunch - Tex/Mex pinto beans, rice, and salsa.
Dinner - Vegetable Tempura, fried tofu, and cucumber and avocado maki:
